Cancellation & REfund policies

Returns

 

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of product delivery. If 7 days have gone by since you have received the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Before making any request for return kindly note that we shall process the request for return / exchange only if the product is defective or damaged or the product supplied is different from the product ordered.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned which would be at our discretion.

Products that have been customized are also non refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. i.e Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

We will also notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 working days.

In case of exchange, once the request has been approved, the exchange process shall be initiated and completed within 30 working days.

In case of electronic payment through any mode, once your return request is approved, we shall process the refund electronically. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment within 21 working days.

In case of COD mode of payment, we shall issue you a store credit for the amount that can be redeemed while shopping at Orikaru.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items may be returned/ exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/ exchanged.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace/ exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orikaru@hexagramm.in or call us at +91 9821003959

We shall entertain the request for exchange only if the same has been raised within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. Only the particular product with defect/ damages shall be exchanged and not the entire lot.

 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

 

To return / exchange your product, you should write a mail to orikaru@hexagramm.in or call us at 9821003959 then we will provide you with a shipping address.

The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case we receive the returned / exchanged product at our premises in damaged condition due to shipping, we shall not be able to refund the amount.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning / exchanging your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item to be returned, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned / exchanged item.
